I scheduled an appointment for my gas furnace to be cleaned and inspected. The technician was fashionably early, polite and professional. He explained in detail, the work as he performed it and was thorough and precise. He stated the age and condition of the system and told me it had been well maintained and was in excellent shape.

In this day and age where one is lucky to get a returned call from a contractor I can’t say enough about this company. Bartol goes above and beyond for their customers. ! I recently had a situation where my on demand hot water system failed. The manufacturer was not going to honor the warranty. Bartol fought for me and convinced the manufacturer to honor the warranty. After Bartol got involved the manufacturer decided to provide the part at no cost. The manufacturer did not have that part in the state. Joe, the owner of Bartol drove to Rhode Island to pickup the part and had his crew install it. Since the repair, the owner has been in constant contact with me to make sure the system is functioning properly. This is a company that has integrity, honesty and empathy~ Virtues seldom found with contractors in this day and age. I highly recommend this company.
